1. Site visit & consultation
After your initial inquiry, we’ll visit your property to assess the best location for your safari tent. Together, we’ll discuss the ideal tent and base options tailored to your needs and land. As a modular system with little fixed infrastructure, banks will typically help finance the purchase.
2. Simplified approvals
Our off-grid safari tents and bases are built to Australian and state level building codes, designed to be self-contained with no reliance on external power, water, or sewage systems. In most rural zones, these features may eliminate the need for development approvals. During our site visit, we’ll guide you through any local requirements to ensure compliance is stress-free.
3. Furniture fit-out options
Once you have picked your safari tent, you can choose one of our interior designed furniture fit out packages that have been specially designed to blend into the natural environment.
4. Order confirmation
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide a contract and request a deposit to confirm your order.
5. Marketing Support
To maximise your earnings, you have the option of a comprehensive launch marketing campaign, 12 weeks before installation.
This includes:

- Data-Driven Advertising: Run targeted Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring your property is seen by those looking for luxury escapes near your location.
- Guest Engagement and Referrals: Build loyalty and attract new guests through glowing reviews, word-of-mouth promotions, and exclusive referral programs.
6. Installation and fit-out
Our expert installers will deliver and set up your safari tent and base, along with any furniture package you’ve chosen. Depending on the site, minimal preparation may be required. Using a flatbed truck fitted with a loader crane, we ensure installation is quick and efficient, typically completed within 3 days. If required the tent can also be moved leaving the land virtually how it was before.
Installation sequence
Day 1 – Using the truck crane: placement of concrete footings on to shovel excavated areas; placement of modules on to footings, bolting down to these and levelling deck; bolting of modules together; joining of services by gluing pipes and using industrial connectors for wiring; adding linking decking boards; and finally off-loading the tent pallet on to the completed base.
Day 2 – Erect the tent and bolt down to deck; instal plumbed fittings and power points in kitchen dresser, etc.; connect hot water and tank vent tubes.
Day 3 – Finish any furniture fit-out; connect mains power (or solar panel array); part fill water tank; test all systems for correct function; test hot water system. Sign-off hand-over with land owner.
Once your safari tent is in place, it’s fully equipped and ready to welcome guests.
