Engineered to blend effortlessly with the natural surroundings, the Eleasium base system adapts to slopes of up to 14 degrees, and adheres to Australian wind, fire, and building codes, delivering enduring performance and peace of mind.
Cut-away of base unit showing 3 modules bolted together complete with plumbing and electrical wiring and fittings and a fourth (verandah type) module ready to be lowered on to the concrete footings. The base modules have integral grey and black water tanks an external fresh water tank mounted on a side frame, air-conditioning (if specified), space heater (if specified), water pump and accumulator and flooring of your choice. The layout of the pipes and wiring will depend on your chosen layout. The frame is made from galvanised castellated steel I-beams. Exterior cladding not shown.
Frame structure: The galvanised steel frame is stabilised by shallow recessed concrete footings, withstanding winds of up to 120kph without anchors or stumps.
Plumbing: The bases come fitted with 4,000L fresh and 2,000L grey, and black water tanks, with the option to upgrade to an 8,000L freshwater tank, ensuring months between refills. High-end marine toilets reduce black water servicing to approximately twice yearly, and grey water can be used for local irrigation. For properties with existing services, the base seamlessly connects to fresh water and septic systems.
Power: Power outlets and aircon/heating units are integrated into the floor, offering optimal functionality while maintaining a clean aesthetic. Low-maintenance, fire-retardant composite decking provides a refined, wood-like finish, delivering durability and timeless style both indoors and out.
